Originally created for Valentine's Day, it has been so well received that it can be enjoyed all year round. Cake formed by a base of sponge cake with almonds and grated lemon with crunchy cookie, almonds, raspberries and white chocolate with a pink pepper raspberry cream interior and a Greek yogurt mousse
