Our version of the Spanish Christmas nougat with a tubular shape: an interior of caramelized almond cream, white chocolate, crunchy cookie and fleur de sel from La Camargue, covered with a thin layer of white chocolate.
Almond (37%), cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, honey, egg white, skim milk powder, wheat flour, cinnamon, concentrated butter ( milk ), emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), salt, dye: (E110), lactose ( milk ), milk proteins, invert sugar, malt extract ( barley ), gasifier: (E500ii).
Contains gluten, milk, egg, soy and nuts .
May also contain traces of peanut and sesame .
Store in a clean, dry and odour-free place at a temperature between 14°C and 18°C (57.2°F and 64.4°F)
Shelf life 6 months .
