Brioche cake filled with pastry cream with candied red cherries and pine nuts. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, pasteurized whole milk , butter ( milk ), sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, candied cherry (cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid (E330), preservatives: (E202) and (E223), red coloring: (E127)), pasteurized egg white, cream ( milk ), pine nuts, water, orange blossom water, yeast, corn starch, invert sugar, salt, honey, emulsifiers: (E471) and (E477), natural improver ( wheat flour, enzymes), green anise, natural vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel, vanilla

Contains gluten, milk, eggs and sulfites. 

May also contain traces of nuts, soy, peanuts and sesame

To be eaten within 3 days following their purchase.
