Brioche cake filled with pastry cream and pine nuts. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, whole milk , sugar, butter ( milk ), pasteurized egg yolk, pine nuts, pasteurized egg white, cream ( milk ), water, orange blossom water, yeast, corn starch, invert sugar, salt, honey, emulsifiers: (E471) and (E477), natural improver ( wheat flour, enzymes), green anise, natural vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel, vanilla

Contains gluten, milk and eggs. 

May also contain traces of nuts, soy, peanuts and sesame. 

Storage conditions: 

To be eaten within 3 days following their purchase. 

Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
