Traditional Sant Joan Coca with candied fruits and pine nuts. Try our spectacular brioche, spongy and aromatic, handmade with natural ingredients such as honey, orange, lemon, anise, cinnamon, orange blossom water and vanilla from Madagascar. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, sugar, pasteurized liquid egg , butter ( milk ), pine nuts (4.5%), pasteurized whole milk , orange blossom water, orange (SULPHITES) (2.3%), yeast, cherry (SULPHITES) (1.7%), glucose and fructossa syrup, pumpkin (SULPHITES) (1.1%), salt, honey, emulsifier: (E471), green anise, star anise, wheat gluten, cinnamon ground, grated lemon peel, natural vanilla extract, antioxidant: (E330), grated orange peel, preservative: (E202) and (E223), crystallized vanillin, emulsifier: (E472e), colorant: (E127), (E100) and (E133), antioxidant: (E300) 

Allergens: 

Contains gluten, milk, eggs and sulfites. 

May also contain traces of nuts, soybeans, peanuts and sesame. 

Storage conditions: 

Consume preferably within 3 days of the delivery date. 

It is recommended to store it in a clean, dry and odor-free place at a temperature between 14°C and 18°C
