Medium honey & cheese mató Coca

New coca de San Juan de "mel i mató", a delicious traditional dessert from the Catalan pastry made with honey cream, mató cheese from the Pyrenees and pine nuts. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, cheese mató 11% (pasteurized cow's milk , milk proteins), sugar, butter ( milk ), pasteurized liquid egg , water, honey (5%), invert sugar, whole milk , pine nuts, orange blossom water, sorbitol , yeast, salt, emulsifiers: (E470a), (E471) and (E477), green anise, ground cinnamon, bread improver, star anise, orange peel, thickener: (E418), anti-caking agent: (E500ii), lemon peel , natural vanilla extract, nutmeg, vanillin, white pepper, ginger 

Allergens: 

Contains gluten, milk and eggs. 

It may also contain traces of fruit shells, soy, peanuts and sesame. 

Storage conditions: 

To be eaten within 3 days following their purchase. 

Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
