Large pastry cream and cherries Coca

Brioche cake filled with pastry cream with candied red cherries and pine nuts. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, pasteurized whole milk , sugar, butter ( milk ), pasteurized liquid egg , cream ( milk ), pasteurized egg yolk, cherry (SULPHITES) (3.3%), pine nuts (3.2%), orange blossom water, yeast, corn starch , glucose and fructose syrup, invert sugar, salt, honey, emulsifier: (E471), green anise, star anise, wheat gluten, natural vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, grated lemon peel, acidifier: (E330), grated orange peel, preservative: (E202) and (E223), vanilla beans, colorant: (E127), crystallized vanillin, emulsifier: (E472e), antioxidant: (E300)
