Passion fruit cake

Suggestive pound cake with Caribbean flavors formed by a base of dark chocolate cake with almonds and orange peel, with interior of almond cake, passion fruit pulp, apricots and grated coconut and decorated with pieces of passion fruit and gianduja. 

Ingredients: 

Sugar, butter ( milk ), pasteurized liquid egg , wheat flour, almonds , candied orange peel, water, invert sugar, cream ( milk ), cocoa paste, passion fruit pulp, whole milk , corn starch, grated dried coconut, cocoa powder, dried apricot, passion fruit, cocoa butter, vanilla, wheat starch, orange peel, stabilizer: (E450), anti-caking agent: (E500), acidulant: (E341), liquid glucose, natural vanilla aroma, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322)

Contains gluten, egg, milk and nuts. 

It may also contain traces of soy, peanuts and sesame.

To be eaten within 5 days following their purchase. 

Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
