Crunchy layers of caramelized puff pastry filled with cinnamon and lemon custard and topped with raspberries and pistachios

Raspberries (32%), whole milk , wheat flour, butter ( milk ), cream ( milk ), pasteurized egg white, sugar, pistachio (2%), cornstarch, invert sugar, salt, vanilla, liquid extract of vanilla, white vinegar, grated lemon peel, cinnamon. 

Allergens: 

Contains gluten, milk, egg and nuts. 

It may also contain traces of soy, peanuts and sesame. 

Storage conditions: 

To be eaten within 2 days following their purchase. 

Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
