    Traditional French cake made up of successive layers of genoese biscuit cake soaked in liqueur syrup and covered in a delicious buttercream. Contains alcohol. 

     

    Ingredients: 

    Butter ( milk ), sugar, pasteurized liquid egg , water, almond (9%), Cointreau liquor (5%), wheat flour, glucose, lemon peel, pasteurized egg yolk, cornstarch , raising agent: (E450), vanilla beans, natural vanilla extract, anti-caking agent: (E500), colorant: (E170), salt 

     

    Allergens: 

    Contains gluten, nuts, egg and milk. 

    It may also contain traces of soy, peanuts and sesame. 

     

    Storage conditions: 

    To be eaten within 3 days following their purchase. 

    Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
