




The classic spanish nougat coated with chocolate
Our version of the classic soft Christmas nougat, made of caramelized almond cream, white chocolate, fine crumbled biscuit and fleur de sel from La Camargue, covered with a thin layer of white chocolate.
Ingredients:
Almond (37%), cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, honey, egg white, skim milk powder, wheat flour, cinnamon, concentrated butter ( milk ), emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), salt, dye: (E110), lactose ( milk ), milk proteins, invert sugar, malt extract ( barley ), gasifier: (E500ii).
Allergens:
Contains gluten, milk, egg, soy and nuts .
May also contain traces of peanut and sesame .
Storage conditions:
Store in a clean, dry and odour-free place at a temperature between 14°C and 18°C (57.2°F and 64.4°F)
Shelf life 6 months .
