Our chocolatiers select the best macadamia nuts to sweeten them with a fine layer of caramel and toast them at a low temperature. Fresh from the oven, they are bathed in a mixture of our best white chocolate, the precious pulp of Madagascar vanilla beans and the right measure of La Camargue fleur de sel. We finish with a thin layer of deep red pure cocoa powder. The balanced contrast between sweet and salty makes eating a macadamia a real treat for the senses.
