Caramelized hazelnut coated with gianduja, crunchy wafer and cocoa powder.
Bubó selects the best hazelnuts to cover them with soft caramel and toast them at a low temperature until they achieve that crunchy texture and sweet flavor. The hazelnuts are then dipped in a delicious milk chocolate coating, thin pieces of crunchy biscuit and La Camargue fleur de sel. We finish the process with a thin layer of deep red pure cocoa powder. A pleasant texture and combination of flavors that melt in the mouth.
