MEDIUM CREAM ROUND CAKE
Traditional cake of Catalan cuisine to celebrate January 6, Three Kings Day
Delicious "roscón de Reyes" (round cake) filled with cream, formed by a brioche dough with butter, egg, honey, orange blossom water, grated orange and lemon, green anise, cinnamon and vanilla.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, cream ( milk ), pasteurized whole milk , sugar, butter ( milk ), pasteurized liquid egg , pasteurized egg yolk, orange blossom water, yeast, cornstarch , glucose and fructose syrup, invert sugar, salt, honey, emulsifier: (E471), green anise, star anise, wheat gluten, natural vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, grated lemon peel, grated orange peel, candied orange, candied melon, candied cherry, crystallized vanillin, emulsifier: (E472e), antioxidant: (E300)
