SMALL VIOLET ROUND CAKE
Traditional cake of Catalan cuisine to celebrate January 6, Three Kings Day
Delicious "roscón de Reyes" (round cake) filled with marzipan, cocoa powder and natural flowers, formed by a brioche dough with butter, egg, honey, orange blossom water, grated orange and lemon, green anise, cinnamon and vanilla.
