SOFT ALMOND NOUGAT
The classic spanish nougat coated with chocolate
Our version of the classic tubular Christmas nougat, is formed by an interior of caramelized almond cream, white chocolate, crunchy biscuit and La Camargue salt flower, covered with a thin layer of white chocolate.
Almond (37%), cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, honey, egg white, skim milk powder, wheat flour, cinnamon, concentrated butter ( milk ), emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), salt, dye: (E110), lactose ( milk ), milk proteins, invert sugar, malt extract ( barley ), gasifier: (E500ii).
Contains gluten, milk, egg, soy and nuts .
May also contain traces of peanut and sesame .
Conservation and consumption conditions:
Store in a clean, dry and odour-free place at a temperature between 14°C and 18°C (57.2°F and 64.4°F)
Shelf life 6 months .
