How can I stay informed about all your news, promotions and launches?
If you want to know everything we do at Bubó, join our online community. You can follow us and actively participate in any of our social media channels, such as Facebook or Instagram.

Is the price of the product that appears on the website the final price?

The price you see for any of the products on our online website is the final unit price and includes the corresponding VAT. Bubó reserves the right to modify or expand the prices and/or specifications indicated on our website or in any price list.

If I add a product to my cart, is that unit reserved for me?
No, the product you have added to the cart is never reserved until you make the purchase.

Nutritional information and intolerances: How can I obtain this information?
All of our packaging contains its corresponding nutritional information. You can also contact us by email or call us for additional information about our products or check our website for the ingredients contained in each product and its allergens. You should take into account the presence of traces of each product.

The product I like is out of stock, will you have it back in stock?
Many of our products are made when the date of the festival is approaching. For example, the "cocas de Sant Joan" are made two days before the festival, so that the product is fresh and maintains all its properties before consumption.

Other products are made throughout the year, so if you are especially interested in a particular item and it appears out of stock on our website, you can contact our customer service department and we will inform you of its availability.

You can pick up your order by specifying the date and time of collection at these 2 points:

Why can't I receive a cake at home?

We carry out our own delivery, shipments of cakes and large sculptures in Barcelona City and part of Baix Llobregat. Due to the fragility of the product, we do not send these products by transport agencies.

Does the shipping cost vary depending on the amount of products you buy?

The cost of your shipment will depend on the place where it is delivered and the total amount of the order. During the purchase process on our website, the shipping cost will be indicated or, by default, if it is free.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The delivery time varies depending on the place of delivery:

- For shipments to Barcelona City, if you place your order before 6 a.m. you will receive your order on the same day.

- For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, the delivery time is approximately 48 hours.

- For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is approximately 72 hours.

To which countries do you ship?
We ship mainly to Europe and part of Asia, except for certain countries. During the purchase process on our website, it will be indicated whether shipping is available to the indicated country.

The main reason why we do not ship to certain countries is the difficulties in delivering the products as a result of customs procedures or the high costs that the customer has to face for the delivery of the merchandise.

My shipment could not be delivered, will I receive a full refund for my purchase?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the purchase is refunded once the package returns to our warehouses.

There are very few occasions in which a package can be returned to our facilities due to an error in the address or because some information is missing. To avoid this type of problem during delivery, it is very important to:

- Check the shipping address during the purchase process.

- Always indicate a contact telephone number for the person who will receive the order.

- Check the data in the confirmation email of your order.

- Contact us if you detect any incorrect information.

Our delivery times are so short that sometimes we have little room to make changes once the package is in delivery, so it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible by telephone or by email bubo@bubo.es

I want to place an order and send it to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. What should I take into account?

Bubó does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla as shipments are subject to the payment of local taxes or fees and it is the customer's responsibility to settle the payment for receipt of the merchandise.

Payment Methods

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, prepaid card or PayPal. It is not possible to pay cash on delivery, by bank transfer or by telephone.

In what currency is the charge made?

At Bubó all prices indicated on our website are expressed in Euros (€) as the only currency available to make the payment corresponding to your online purchase.

If the currency of your country is not Euros, you must take into account the currency conversion fees applied by your bank.

Returns

How should I process a return?
Pursuant to article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, given the nature of the products purchased, it is reported that refrigerated, frozen or other perishable products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as those sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, will be excluded from the general withdrawal regime. Despite this, Bubó offers the possibility of accepting the return, as long as it is reasoned and occurs within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery.

If you have any questions about the process, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. If you provide us with your order number we can speed up the response.

Can I drop off my return at a physical store?

If you have previously contacted us and the return has been accepted, you can drop it off at these 2 points:

The refund will be made using the same method as the purchase.

Is the cost of the transport service to return a product borne by the customer?

The cost of shipping for returns is always borne by the customer. For this reason, you can choose the company and service you want for shipping the products you want to return. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend using a shipping service that covers customs and import costs at destination, if applicable.

Training and internship

Can I apply for a training and internship?

Our workshop in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) offers non-work-related training internships for pastry and chocolate assistants throughout the year. To do your internship, you must be enrolled in a school or university and that said centre must have the agreements that support this type of training. Bubó will sign a training contract with the corresponding school or university, agreeing on the time and conditions of the internship.

Once completed and if satisfactory, Bubó will issue the student a training certificate.
