Medium llardons Coca

Popular San Juan coca of crackling and pine nuts. Try our special recipe of this handmade coca made with thin and crunchy layers of puff pastry. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, butter ( milk ), dewlap or pork belly (16%), sugar, pine nuts (2%), hazelnut , salt, pasteurized liquid egg , green anise, white vinegar, ground cinnamon 

Allergens: 

Contains gluten, nuts, milk and eggs. 

May also contain traces of soy, peanut and sesame. 

Storage conditions: 

Consume preferably within 3 days of the delivery date. 

It is recommended to store it in a clean, dry and odor-free place at a temperature between 14°C and 18°C.
