  • Description

    Bubó selects the best hazelnuts to cover them with soft caramel and toast them at a low temperature until they achieve that crunchy texture and sweet flavor. The hazelnuts are then dipped in a delicious milk chocolate coating, thin pieces of crunchy biscuit and La Camargue fleur de sel. We finish the process with a thin layer of deep red pure cocoa powder. A pleasant texture and combination of flavors that melt in the mouth. 



    Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, hazelnut (16%), cocoa paste, wheat flour, cocoa powder, butter ( milk ), water, salt, invert sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), natural vanilla aroma, lactose ( milk ), milk protein, malt extract ( barley ), raising agent: (E500ii)
