Citrus cake

Spongy pound cake with a delicious citrus aroma and flavor, formed by a base of citrus cake, lime, lemon and orange, interior of red vine peach pulp, bathed with white chocolate and citrus syrup and decorated with apricot, raspberry crispy and pistachio.

Sugar, peach (12%), wheat flour, pasteurized liquid egg , cream , apricot, butter , lemon peel, cocoa butter, lemon juice, lime juice, whole milk powder, sunflower oil, orange juice , salt, glucose syrup, cornstarch , lime peel, skimmed milk powder, orange peel, concentrated passion fruit juice, pistachio , gelling agent: (E418), wheat starch, antioxidant: (E300 ), raspberry, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), stabilizer: (E450), anti-caking agent: (E500), acidulant: (E341), thickener: (E1412), concentrated raspberry juice.
