Our version of this classic cake is a temptation. It consists of a base of fruit cake with dried figs, dates, walnuts, almonds and candied ginger, bathed in a syrup of spices with white rum aroma, vanilla, green aniseed and cinnamon and decorated with figs, apricots, almonds and candied orange.
Contains gluten, egg, milk and nuts.
It may also contain traces of soy, peanuts and sesame.

Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
