Dried fruits cake

Our version of this classic cake is a real temptation, made up of a base of fruit sponge cake with dried apricots, dried figs, dates, walnuts, almonds and candied ginger, bathed in a spice syrup with the aroma of white rum, vanilla, green anise and cinnamon. 

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, sugar, butter ( milk ), pasteurized liquid egg , apricot, dried figs, dates, water, California walnut, sultanas, white rum aroma, almond , corn starch, anti-caking agent: (E500ii), preservative: (E220), ginger, salt, green anise, vanilla infusion, cinnamon stick 

Allergens: 

Contains gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. 

It may also contain traces of soy, peanut and sesame. 

Storage conditions: 

To be eaten within 5 days following their purchase. 

Store in the fridge and take it out 30 minutes before serving.
