Xocoxups

Xococups are a chocolate lollipop made by bubó, when thinking of a name for this creation, Carles Mampel thought of the famous lollipop brand from Barcelona, Chupa Chup, now known world-wide. They were the first to put a stick on a caramel, to avoid sticky hands. With the same idea in mind, to avoid melted chocolate hands, Carles Mampel also uses a stick for his chocolate lollipops.

Xocoxups Negro (dark) have a centre of hazelnut praline, covered in 705 dark chocolate, dipped in caramelized almonds and covered in chocolate again, for that final touch.

Xocoxups Leche (milk) have a centre of hazelnut praline, covered in milk chocolate, dipped in inflated rice and covered in milk chocolate again, for that final touch.
