Christmas in Spain, like in many other countries has some very specific traditional customs when it comes to the food eaten. Among the most popular of these is the Christmas Turron. No Spanish Christmas dinner is complete without them and the selection of 14 different types of chocolate turrons hand-made in the bubó workshop certainly does offer plenty of choice. Among other products specially made for Christmas is the chocolate christmas tree and of course all the bubó cakes are turned into log-shaped cakes, which is tradition in Spain to mark the special season.
