The bubó team is made up of a number of professional groups, chefs, pastry chefs, designers, graphic designers, administrative staff etc. Behind the delightful pastries, delicious chocolate and delectable savouries and catering of bubó is an army of talented, hard working, dedicated and creative people.
Firstly are the kitchen professionals, made up of pastry chefs and chefs with the well known pastry chef Carles Mampel as head chef and creative. They carry out their creative work in the bubó kitchen which is based 15km from Barcelona centre in Sant Boi de Llobregat. A small part of this kitchen team can be found in the kitchen of bubó bar, situated just in front of the Santa Maria del Mar church in the Born area of Barcelona.
Supporting these creatives are the commercial and administrative bubó teams they are the public face of bubó as well as the behind the scenes team. They are there to help, explain, describe and assist our customers in choosing the perfect pastry for the occasion.
Finally to complete the bubó team are the design and communication who compliment all the products created by our pastry chef Carles Mampel.
